Yes — and it depends on which kind of dry you are. Most women don't know there are two.

What we left out, on purpose: the oil-absorbing powders — silica, kaolin, perlite, starch — that make a foundation "long-wear" and "matte". They're not a secret; there are patents filed on exactly that combination. They work beautifully on skin that produces too much oil. On skin that produces too little, they take water instead. That's the tight feeling by lunchtime, and that's why we don't use them.
